Thoughts on Change

This year, my professor told me not to cut the roots of plants,

So that they would stay alive after we finished studying them.

 

There is something comforting in if change never happened, we wouldn’t have butterflies.

Dream big,
But work hard to achieve those dreams.

Love others,
Use your head and follow your heart.

Make the right mistakes,
And fall into things that make you happy.

Take chances,
No one can tell you yes unless you ask.

Accept your flaws,
For they make you beautiful.

Find peace with yourself,
And treat your soul gently.

Never be afraid to jump,
And touch the sky.
